Econometric Analysis of the Use of Intellectual Property Protection Systems in Belgium
At the request of the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP) and the Federal Public Service Economy, the Université Catholique de Louvain and the consultancy firm IDEA Consult have conducted a study on the characteristics of companies that apply for intellectual property rights.

In 2022, IPObel’s Contact Point dealt with 1,963 questions from businesses and citizens in addition to the 408 questions directly answered by the FPS Economy’s Contact Center.
The Contact Center is at your service every working day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
It is the single point of contact to communicate with the FPS Economy.
